Return & Refund Policy – LushCare

At LushCare, we genuinely care about your experience and strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The item should be in the same condition as delivered

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care and grooming items once opened
  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos for verification

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund
  • Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details will be required.
